To Specify the Location of HTML Help Workshop

You only need to perform this task if HTML Help Workshop is not installed to its default location, which is C:\Program Files (x86)\HTML Help Workshop\hhc.exe.
  1. Select the Service Manager node.
  2. In the Services list, right-click the Publishing Service and select Properties.
  3. On the General tab, next to the HTML Help Workshop Installation Root property, click in the Value field and change the path to the HTML Help Workshop's hhc.exe file. Make sure you include the hhc.exe file in the path. For example, D:\HTML Help Workshop\hhc.exe
  4. Click OK.
